At Centr, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all returned equipment and apparel remain in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
